The Pistachio Crunch Bar is our Dubai-style chocolate bar: dark chocolate on the outside, crunchy kadayif pastry strands and 100% pistachio butter inside. Hand-poured in our Vienna atelier.

Bold and bittersweet outside, creamy and nutty inside, with the crunch in between that gives the Dubai style its character. We make all our nut butters ourselves — the pistachio butter included.
