Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, in accordance with § 18 (1) FAGG (Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz) and Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:
- Perishable goods (e.g., chocolate and other food products that can spoil quickly or have a short expiration date).
- Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Exclusions from Withdrawal
Since our products are perishable and temperature-sensitive, we do not accept returns for reasons of hygiene and product quality.
However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at office@dulceria-gmbh.com within 1 days of delivery, providing:
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.
Refund Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
